| When I copy and paste a headline with an embedded link, the link doesn't paste, only the headline. I've also noticed that links within anything I copy and paste disappear. This seems counter to all other programs I've used. Is there any way to not lose the embedded links? |

| Try changing to Source View and do your Copy & Paste there. |

| I've tried that, but the result is the same. I get text only...no link |

| Sorry, I don't get it. Can you be more specific? |

I was afraid I wasn't very clear. I use bloglines.com as my RSS agregator. Typically, it presents a "headline" for each article in each blog, followed by a short excerpt of the article. That headline is "clickable" to get to the original, full, post on the blog. I can usually highlight that headline, copy and then paste into a blog editor and the link will remain active. In BlogDesk, all I get is the headline, no link. Other than that, I'm EXTREMELY impressed with your program!
Does that help explain it? |

| Now I understand. When inserting text from the clipboard that does not come from BlogDesk, HTML tags are filtered out. I will think about leaving links. Till then, you need to copy the URL manually. |

That's exactly it! It's not a huge issue, it just makes me change my normal workflow and takes an extra keystroke or two. However, I'm impressed enough by the other functionality with BlogDesk that I'll hang with it!
Keep up the good work and I appreciate the fast response! |
