The great Image Editor included only shows up when I insert an image from my computer, but it won't show up at all when I insert an external image (from the web), but rather the small window which has the alignment, border,..etc option appear.

Also, once the image is edited in the Image Editor, I can re-edit it. Only the above mentioned small window shows up.

Why does this happen?

You can't use the ImageWizard with external images. If you want to, you first have to download the image file to your computer.
